Born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, Mark Carter was educated in the United States and received a communications degree from The University of North Carolina Wilmington. After returning home, Mark moved into the media industry and ended up running one of the country's top advertising & marketing agencies for the last 25 years. This marketing background served him well when he decided to explore the real estate field on the advice of a good friend.

For the last ten years, Mark has enjoyed sharing his love and passion for the Bahamas with his real estate clients. Mark is highly knowledgeable about real estate here in the Bahamas and has experience in rentals, buying, and selling all types of properties on behalf of his clients. He aims to give buyers the best advice and guidance during the real estate process and make the client's experience extraordinary.
